Dr.
Dennis Turner
graduated from the University of Oregon Dental School
in 1966, with a class standing of second in a class of
88 students. He also won four of the five special annual
awards given to dental school graduates. He then served
in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps for three years with much
of his time being spent at sea on the USS Arlington. He
received his Master of Science in Dentistry Orthodontics
from the highly respected University of Washington Dental
School in 1971. Dr. Turner has twice served as the President
of the Eastern Oregon Dental Society.
Dr.
Turner began his private practice in LaGrande, Oregon
in 1971, and continued to practice there as well as Baker
City, Enterprise, Pendleton and Hermiston. His practice
is now focused in the Hermiston and Pendleton area.
Children
and family life have always been very important to Dr.
Turner. He is the past President of the LaGrande Lions
Club, past member of the LaGrande School Board, Little
League Coach and Cub Scout Leader. Dr. Turner is married
and he and his wife, Brenda, have five children.
